Excellent customer service every single time. The entire team go above and beyond to make the whole process of travelling as smooth as possible. They’re always on hand to help with any question no matter how big and small. They give attention to every single customer unlike big travel chains who just look at us as numbers. They’ve also helped many times when I’ve needed my booking amended or needed to change the date of my flight which a lot of online sites are unable to do as efficiently. I would 100% recommend to everyone who wants me less thing to worry about when travelling as they do all the hard parts for you!
Illegal ways of acquiring visas without permission. Please be aware this company is not putting your name at risk like they have mine by acquiring a visa through a consulate you did not wish to deal with. Alec has caused me immense financial loss through something that could’ve been sorted much better and easier, in a legal way. I have had to also seek legal advice and will now be consuming my time with dealing with a company that has not only made it difficult for me to travel in the near future, but was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the damage they caused. Be aware!
