Fabulous team at Northcote Veterinary Surgery. Sadly had to take a stray I have been feeding for a couple of years in as he had been hit by a car and was badly injured. The care they took of him and empathy for the situation was second to none. Sadly his injuries were too severe to treat and he was PTS but he was treated with dignity and the same care as if he was one of mine. The team here obviously love animals and have their best interests at heart even when the decision to be made is a hard one. Would recommend them 100%

Since my last post things took a bad turn. I booked Rosie in for an appointment we got there on time even though it was bouncing down. The waiting room was full and the door locked. An assistant came to the door and said we would have to wait. I complained and the assistant must have spoken to the vet. The door opened again and they took Rosie I was left in the still pouring rain until they brought her back. That was fair enough. Since then they totaly ignored us. No reminder of boosters nothing. They overbooked and and blame me. Pathetic.

A little bit frustrated with them to be honest .. I took on a cat that belonged to a client of theirs who has died, living in Bingley as I do there are vets closer and so have registered with them, but despite numerous requests and a visit they still haven't yet forwarded the cats medical history to me or the new vet ?? I appreciate there are courtesies involved in changing a practise but I have supplied the previous owners name, told them he has sadly died and given them the cats name .. but so far I am being told they have not complied with the request as the new vet has not had the full medical history of the cat.

The staff are amazing, caring people. The vets very knowledgeable. Have been coming here over 30 years.
