Charlotte has been amazing with helping us get our cat Mabel to France. Charlotte has always been quick and clear with communication, explaining the process from start to finish and has offered further advice if needed. Highly recommend, thank you!!
Charlotte helped us put our beloved dog Albert to rest at our home. Communication was clear and prompt from the first email to delivery of the service. Charlotte was very professional and compassionate throughout. All of the above made a very difficult day just that little bit easier, Thankyou, Abe

I could not recommend Charlotte enough. When my dog (Theo) became too unwell to go on she made what was a very difficult goodbye to into one that was calm, dignified and peaceful. I really appreciated the way she explained and supported me through this and the professionalism, respect and empathy she showed - such as giving me time to say a proper goodbye and taking such gentle care of him throughout. When she returned his ashes to me she provided me with personal keepsakes which I can cherish. I can find some comfort knowing because of Charlotte I was able to give Theo a calm, pain free and dignified end to his life.
Myself, my partner searched for a registered vet to help us with our big move to Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. We found Charlotte on the AHC Facebook page and contacted Charlotte to see if this was something she could help with. We needed both a AHC and an EHC. Charlotte explained she would look into this and let us know. A few days later Charlotte contacted me and let me know she could indeed do both the EHC and AHC. From start to finish Charlotte was nothing but helpful. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and without her help we would most likely be still in the UK. Charlotte also provided our dog Marley with his flea and worming that he required. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone in the UK looking to emigrate abroad. Thank you Charlotte at Oakbank for all the help and support. Marley is now happy and settled in the Caribbean.
