Home euthanasia was the best final gift our dog could have had - a gentle, dignified end. It was no less a comfort for the humans involved: Charlotte was instantly empathetic and reassuring, did everything calmly, thoughtfully and giving us privacy when needed. She was able to visit at very short notice too, which was a great relief. I highly recommend the service, and Charlotte in particular.

I could not recommend Charlotte enough. When my dog (Theo) became too unwell to go on she made what was a very difficult goodbye to into one that was calm, dignified and peaceful. I really appreciated the way she explained and supported me through this and the professionalism, respect and empathy she showed - such as giving me time to say a proper goodbye and taking such gentle care of him throughout. When she returned his ashes to me she provided me with personal keepsakes which I can cherish. I can find some comfort knowing because of Charlotte I was able to give Theo a calm, pain free and dignified end to his life.
