Vets Now Bradford

We were ally weren't expecting to visit the emergency vet on Christmas Day. Staff were totally amazing with our pooch. After treatment and a course of antibiotics for the week. We couldn't have experienced anything better, staff were amazing and totally professional. Thank you to all. He's still a little under the weather, but getting better by the day.

Had cause to ring Vets Now after my dogs had some seizures. Took him to Thornbury Vets who were fantastic. The nurse took my dog straight in and the vet, Libbie, couldn’t have been more amazing, keeping me up to date at every point, explaining things so well making it easy to understand and giving great after care advice, she was absolutely above and beyond helpful.

Staff were very clear about what they would be able to do for my dog & her injuries that evening. The staff at reception were pleasant & we were treat with kindness & consideration. The veterinary staff were accommodating and even clipped my dogs nails as an extra request even though she may have come round from sedation before they could manage it. Their priorities were the puncture wounds on her neck from another dog. All in all a very pleasant, efficient and overall kindly and sensitive service. The staff should all be applauded for their professionalism & the evident care they had shown to my dog, as well as reassuring myself. Wonderful service. Would definitely use it again for any emergency. Thanks to all concerned! 🫶🏼✨️🏆

Terrible first impression from arrival. Dismissive receptionist and rather abrupt veterinary nurse, both lacking any compassion or genuine care/interest. The vet was pleasant enough, but failed to ask about doing a blood test… just went ahead without consent so they could charge an extra £18 on top the already extortionate consultation fee. The attitude soon changed when I said I was seeking a second opinion elsewhere, as they knew they wouldn’t be getting any more money. So glad I got a second option as it became clear that Vets Now did not accurately diagnose my pet and were willing to put her through unnecessary, invasive treatment, prolonging her suffering, just to get more money. I wish I’d read the reviews before coming here. In the end, I got excellent, highly professional, compassionate care elsewhere. Unfortunately, I got completely robbed by Vets Now.A VERY expensive and distressful mistake. Avoid!

I had to pay a visit this morning with my dog Max .The vet and staff were absolutely brilliant! Very kind and put my worried mind at rest. Thankyou very much have a lovely Christmas all of you. Sue Padgett and Max .
