I ordered from cakesandtreatsss and I’m honestly so happy with everything! The cake was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and delivered right on time. Cakes and Treats makes really nice and delicious cakes. It was the perfect cake I could get for my birthday, not too sweet if you don’t like too much sugar, and not under sweet. The best part? I ordered online and got free delivery , hand delivered to me by the owner herself and she was very nice. Do well to check them out. I would be ordering another soon just to keep in the fridge for dessert.
They made an absolutely amazing birthday cake for my mum’s 50th, was so beautiful and delicious (we’re usually very fussy about our cake!) - we had an issue with delivery timing but these guys were so accommodating and helpful, they made sure we got our cake on time 10/10 cake, 10/10 customer service! Would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely brilliant customer service! Raeesah was really friendly, kind and reassuring that my last minute order will be fulfilled. From placing the order, through to collection, Raeesah made me feel completely at ease. Within 24 hours I had a lovely birthday cake, with added personalised touches. Looks and taste were perfect, 10/10. We also bought cupcakes and milk cakes which were an instant hit too. Cakes & Treats is a brilliant place, incredible service, delicious cakes and great people. It means so much that you provide a personable and easily approachable service. Raeesah you are just lovely! Absolutely love Cakes & Treats, we will be back soon !
Best cake shop in Bradford hands down. Family run business who are the nicest, most friendliest ppl ever! The cakes are amazing and very reasonably priced but the customer service is the one for me. I dont go anywhere else now, especially for the Bentos (they are the cutest) :)
