Amazing place, staff always helpful and polite

Unfortunately, the nan every time I receive it, a red face, his non -white face, and when it cools, its shape is not valid for eating

Appalling service, you ring them and tell them that you want 12 naans or whatever, and they tell you 15-20minutes...then once you wait and come to the shop, the staff tells you that we recieved no such call and basically implying and making you look like you're lieing and tell you to wait 15 more minutes like your time isnt valuable. The worst part is that the guys didn't even acknowledge that it was their fault or say sorry for the error, on the other hand they act rude and very unapologetic with a "we couldn't careless, we have other customers" attitude. This hasn't just happened once but a few times. Atleast have the courtesy to tell your customers that you simply forgor or gave the order to someone else instead of lieing. Albeit the naans are very decent as I don't lie but due to your distasteful and rude behaviour I won't be wanting to come here again.

Nice naans. However, Rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff. Keep their customers waiting whilst they enjoy their own dinner. Old staff were amazing. The owner needs to change his staff because these guys are costing him his customers.
