Brilliant Company, as described and excellent delivery service. Order the kids Ridgeback Dimention 24inch for my boy. The bike needed some assembly like pedals, handle bars and front wheel. Description / Assembly clearly identified, pedals a little stiff to put on but with a little bit of lubrication they went on. Amazingly the company provided all tools and a free pump, Really appreciated. Thank you kind regards
Went with North bikes for my son's birthday present, as even though they were a little more expensive, had great reviews. Was proved right as they were snowed with orders for Xmas and got in touch to update us, but made a special effort to expidite due to the nature of the order. Well on time and delivered with out any issues. Many thanks!
Absolutely stellar service, great advice over the phone too. I ordered a bike on Thursday afternoon around 4pm and it arrived the next day by noon. Brilliant item tracking and service overall. Just an update, 2 years later, again just brilliant service with an order and some advice needed beforehand. Superb service. Very reassuring for amateurs to get the right item and advice. Fantastic service. I ordered a bike for my daughter’s 8th birthday from a competitor. It arrived damaged, they accepted the return and promised a replacement would be with me for her birthday on the Saturday. On the Friday I was informed it would now be the following Wednesday which would have caused huge disappointment. I cancelled the order and frantically ‘googled’ for a last minute replacement. I stumbled across North bikes and the website actually had a telephone number and a real person answered at the end. The guy I spoke to was amazing, told me to place the order and he would have the bike built by 5pm so I could drive and collect in time for the birthday on Saturday! I collected the bike just after 5pm as promised.. faultless service!
