Dropped off a parcel at this YODEL point. They didn’t have a printer meaning I couldn’t get my paper proof of postage. Now, I have to hope the £600 return gets back safe & sound, and if there’s any problems with the return I don’t have sufficient proof of return. A picture from your machine isn’t good enough. Don’t be a courier drop off point if you don’t have a printer. Worker wasn’t cooperative at all either. Improve your customer service skills

One of the best local shops around. Clean and tidy, wide range of items and services like hermes drop off and pick up point. I have personally found the staff always friendly and attentive.
The shop is not clean as it used to be and the customer service is horrible! It used to be very clean shop with good staff as I remember you had young girl working there, but now 👎🏻
Poor customer service! Chubby young man at the till was so rude no customer service skills at all. How in the world has this place been getting 5 stars?? First time I went to drop off my parcel and this will be the last.
