awful shop. no sense of customer service. very rude and bad attitude over all. the manager and the whole staff team have a gang up attitude to redirect their faults and to stop blame being on them. when asked for everyone’s names they switched badges around so i couldn’t complain to the people higher up. this is a legal requirement to give first name (not last name) clearly they knew they are at fault. and will not be shopping here again. if your ego is big because you work at foot asylum you need to recheck your attitude - honestly they need to stop hiring young people and friend/ family. it’s really affecting the whole business image.
Staff are sluggish and the girl serving was really miserable. They have a nive choice of sports clothing.
Horrible customer service and disgusting staff. If you walk around the store and actually browse the overpriced garbage they look at you suspiciously yet never say hello or ask you if you need any help. I didn't find the trainers I was after and on my way out the male staff member stood at the doors stared me down. I didn't manage to catch his name but if he reads this here's two bits of advice: firstly, you seriously need to consider training legs at the gym. Secondly, staring at women trying to browse the shop just makes them uncomfortable. If you want a pleasant experience with nice staff go to Footlocker instead. They're helpful and nice.
Appalling customer service went to pickup a parcel up on friends behalf with ID but was refused but a few days prior it was allowed,I spoke the manager who was on his phone and not bothered.
Well staff just stood at door talking not not wanting to help you only person was girl on till who was helpful n nice
