First time here with my family and It was a nice and aesthetic store to walk into. I don't like the fact you have to but the shalwar and shawl separate to the kameez 🫩. I ended up purchasing just one shalwar which was £25 quite long but looks good. The bag is charged at 20p but it's a gift bag. Changing rooms are good and spacious.

Great experience! We went to exchange some stuff however, losted orignal reciept. We spoke one of the staff Arzu professional & polite lady! got sortout hassle-free immediately! Visited this store several times now & i must mention how clean it is, despite sales going on! #sapphire bradford.

BE REALLY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING CLOTHES IN A SALE. THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE. AND THE TRCK IS THE CHANGING ROOM IS CLOSED. So when you take them home and they don't fit because they fitting around the sleeves and shoulders is not cut according to the size. So the kameez or kurta looks nice and loose , but around the shoulders it's not. They offer you a measure tape but check the chest and waist. Not the armhole!! Please please be careful!!when you bring it back they act dumb mentioning the fabric needs ironing etc we've had no complaints etc. And will not refund you!! You will get the odd one kameez that is ok.

Fitting rooms were closed due to a leak which is fine, but then you cant return any clothing as it exchange only. Asked Hanna who works there if i could try the outfit on in the toilets at least and was told i'd have to buy it before trying it on. She was very blunt and straight to the point and put me off coming back here again which is a shame as i have purchased a lot from here before. Very rude customer service from Hanna!

I can’t express enough how surprised I was at just how sublime my experience at Sapphire was! The staff were so professional and helpful especially Arzoo! The store was clean, organised and so well stocked! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, I had visited another Asian clothing store in Broadway too just beforehand and the staff were extremely rude and arrogant but Sapphire was the complete opposite I’ll most definitely be back!
