Yours Clothing

I (Vicky Fox) visited the brand new store in the Broadway Centre today, first day of opening. As always the staff were so friendly and lovely. Very excited to be working in the amazing new shop. Clothes as always are fab, never have to worry about sizes. As usual I spent up. Well done and good luck to Debbie and her team.

Staff are nice, but my 1 star isn't about the staff but more about the clothes. Everything I seem to buy just bobbles. Even the bra that I got from there has bobbles. Wear a top for only one day and it's already fuzzy and bobbly. What's the point? Awful... it's the cheap and nasty polyester blends that do it.

The best shop is now in Broadway! The staff have always been the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people in any shop I've been in. They know its hard to shop as someone plus sized and really help make you feel amazing.

The staff in here were so lovely and attentive so big props to them. I was disappointed in the clothes they had on offer. I was looking for a nice dress but I didn't like any of the clothes here. They accommodate for bigger sizes which is amazing but why is there so much floral? It's just floral on everything. I felt like the clothes would make anyone look around 30 years older. Since I've been home I've looked online and the online dresses are so lovely and fashionable so not sure what happened in store.

Over the last year or 2 when I vist your store in Bradford, Monisha is always on duty, when I walked in on Sunday 28th September, she greeted me with a lovely smile and a nice to see you 'Hello' Janet, she had remembered my name. She is an asset to your company, a natural genuine friendly member of your staff, her customer service is excellent, nothing is to much trouble for her, I generally come in to order shoes, which she and other staff do for me. I chose and purchased a few garmets, when she saw me pick out my sizes, she said that the sizes would be to large for me ,she handed me the size she thought would fit me perfectly, I said ' no way' Goes without saying, but she was right, they fit perfectly. She is so efficient,welcoming approachable, with no pressure and puts me at my ease, not only me while I was there another customer was complimenting her. I am happy with the Choice of clothes and shoes, only shop where I can get pretty feminine looking shoes to fit. On duty that day Yarah was also on duty,first time I met her,she to like Monisha lovely polite helpful, they know their stock range, and fun to have a laugh Thank you Monisha and Yarsh Thank you 💗 YOURS, if it wasn't for your Shop I would not have any shoes , and in more colours than just black and black again
