I brought my brand new laptop into this shop because it wouldn’t turn on, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The person I dealt with was extremely professional and genuinely had my best interests at heart. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and recommended what I should do — completely free of charge. He easily could have taken the laptop in and done his own thing, but instead he was honest, transparent, and focused on what was best for me. It’s rare to come across someone this genuine. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service.

A real genuine honest business run by a true decent guy. Had an issue with my phone & took it for repairs . Was given my phone back & the issue was fixed right away with NO charges as it was a minor issue to fix . The owner could have easily charged £20/30 or even more , I would have been none the wiser .

I took it to 3C’s Computer Communication Centre, and they diagnosed the issue instantly. They clearly explained what was wrong, offered honest advice, and went above and beyond to help. Their customer service is truly amazing — reliable, efficient, and completely transparent. It’s so refreshing to come across such honest and genuine people in this day and age. You can tell they’ve been around for over 20 years — the experience and professionalism really show! I was genuinely blown away by how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend Came in this afternoon to repair my HP laptop which had a dead battery.I had tried to fix it myself but wasn’t able to (see before and after pics below). As soon as I brought into the shop, it was quickly diagnosed and fixed right in front of me. Was only in the shop for 30 mins. It was also diagnosed that my 8GB RAM module wasn’t working either and was promptly replaced with a 20gb one, making my laptop much better. I was originally quoted over £250 by HP themselves for this repair, but only paid less than a 1/3 of the price with 3C’s. Quick fix, very reliable and some solid advice received, couldn’t have asked for more.

I had an outstanding experience at this shop! I had just finished college at Leeds and was running late, but I desperately needed a specific wire I couldn’t find anywhere else. I called just before closing, and they kindly agreed to stay open a few minutes longer to help me out. When I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, digging deep through their inventory to locate the exact item I needed. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched! Exceptional service, and I couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough. Best shopping experience I've ever had!
