I'm in shock, it's the first time in my life something like this has happened to me. I needed to get money out of the ATM quickly, so I went to the Best One store because it was closest. And this deaf guy with a hearing aid was talking to me. you won't get money from an ATM if you don't buy anything in the store. I widened my eyes at him and said, "Repeat that again." He said to me, "If you don't buy anything in this store, you won't get any money out of the ATM." My foot will never cross the threshold of this store in my life.

Very disappointing experience at Aquarius News in Bradford. The customer service was absolutely shocking. Staff were rude, gave a serious attitude, and made the whole visit uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Customers should be treated with basic respect, which unfortunately was not the case here. I would not recommend this shop and would suggest avoiding it.

They've lost my parcel I went there over 7 times to collect my parcel that shows even on there system that it's available but they keep saying it's not Horrible treatment

This shop is at my local place , in the start I was little bit confused while I was dropping my parcel there's but now I feel very comfortable to go there because shop owner has good communication with me. He provide me excellent service and give respect. Thanks .
