This is my favourite local shop. So much choice of items and the manager is a top guy always listens to the customers and tries to get recommendations if he can. All the staff in this place are fantastic. The Assistant Manager lady who has worked there for ages is really professional and friendly. Shop is always clean and well stocked. Finally one last word to the young lad who works at the counter. Man United are a joke and Liverpool are the biggest team in England 😁 💪
This is such a lovely shop, but theres a man who works there that is wholly unprofessional. He made digs at my sister for my card not working and put her under pressure saying she didnt have any money (which she did it was just the physical card issue). He was working there at 5pm on sunday 1st feb

Staff treat you like biggest inconvenience when you come to collect your parcels via Hermes which aparantly is not their service but they still are a Parcelshop... management rather than teaching their staff how to serve Hermes customers advised Hermes to not deliver parcels in my name. Staff are rude and incompetent. In particular MR Singh who shows he is angry when he has to count how many parcels are there for a customer. If you are too lazy too serve customers Mr Sighs then maybe consider retireing... terrible customer service!
