Usman has been very good , polite kind and helpful to customers . He knows most of the customers manes off head. Immediately he sees you he will attend to without you writing anything down. He is got too much customer service skills.

Absolutely awful pharmacy! After waiting four days for delivery (I'm disabled), I asked if I could go and collect on the Friday, a man had told me that there had been some stock shortage, I asked for whatever they had including antibiotics and pain relief and he said that there was no need to come and collect it as it would get delivered Saturday. All weekend I have had no pain relief and an continued infection, so that means I can't have my biological treatment at the hospital this week or start my injections back up again before the end of this week! It's Monday now at 4.10pm, still no sign of my medication despite calling earlier today. The same person I spoke to, didn't even seem to know that they had received a prescription for antibiotics a week ago?! One star is for the usual delivery driver because she's lovely and helpful, but the actual pharmacy and it's staff are an absolute farce! It's not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, do they not seem to realise that some people need medication just to barely function, it's ridiculous!!

Just a constant let down from start to finish. last straw yesterday was promised delivery by 3pm rang back at 415pm was told meds out for delivery. It never arrived. I had to go collect from the pharmacy this morning low and behold they were still on the shelf. They will say anything to get you of the phone if the even bother to answer

Had the most rudest and vilest convo over phone with Ussi who clearly lacks professionalism and basic manners, chased up a prescription of which he took no accountability for and tried gaslighting me and when that didn't work blamed it on the poor lass called Ebony at the practice! Not forgetting he ended the call with telling me ‘im chatting shit’…. After reading others reviews avoid this pharmacy if you do not want to be verbally abused by Ussi!!!

The staff at The Ridge Pharmacy always go that extra yard nothing is too much trouble to help . They are courteous very knowledgeable of products answer all questions asked always greeted with smile as soon as you enter Pharmacy a truly 5 star service thank you all .
