I am writing to make a formal complaint about an incident that occurred in boys when I went today . I was approached by a women worker who rudely asked me, “Did you put Celebrations in your basket?” in a manner that clearly suggested I was attempting to steal. I found this extremely upsetting, as I had done nothing wrong. The way I was spoken to felt accusatory, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I felt I was being targeted unfairly, and the interaction left me embarrassed and distressed. I expect to be treated with dignity and respect when shopping in your store. Being wrongly accused of theft is unacceptable, and the racial undertone of the interaction made the situation even more concerning.

Great store where the staff are friendly and helpful...Fabulous selection of goods and a curtain measurement and cutting service, you don't get that in many stores.

The goto place for all hobbies. I would have bought half the shop if she that has to be obeyed had not stepped in. It is a place of worship for DIY nuts who need tools and materials for model making. Awesome.

Ooh yes I was trying to find some stuff for my knitting project and couldn’t remember any place that sold wool. Then remembered I came here with my granny years ago, and lo and behold the wool for knitting was there! Woohoo
