A great tkmaxx location with excellent staffing. At the point of my visit though lift was out of order and I had a buggy hence did not go upstairs due to my toddler. Was impressed with the customer service though proving clear advise.
Always find something you want, if you're ok with hunting
Returned products. There was a queue at the checkouts and a colleague simply wondered off and closed his checkout. Why he wouldn't have got the queues down is baffling. Zero awareness of the customer and is training needed.
I love shopping at TK-max and the their staff make it special. I have been served by staff called Samira on 08/08 she was so helpful, jolly and showed skilled customer service. I will deffo keep shopping from there.
Nice selection of items to browse. No matter what day or time you visit there's a queue
