I purchased a small coffee table and toddler chair from Zaakir's today. I wanted to use it for my son, however only after purchasing, I realized the chair doesn't fit under the table, rendering it useless for me. I went to return it and the owner said they can only offer store credit or exchange. I explained its hard for me to get out and buy another item because I have another special child at home, I was also in a rush. The cashier said the manager wasn't available and even if I contact the bank, what can they do. It was £15 I spent, how much is that for a shop that has hundreds of pounds of merchandise. It makes me sad because they didn't refund it. I left the chair and table there along with the £15 card transaction. May Allah guide us and allow us to perform halal transactions.
Great deal on products And fantastic customer service
Bought a condenser dryer from here and the customer service was exceptional! Delivered same day and gave me a great price too. Made sure everything was working before they left. Great experience and have already recommended to all my family and friends.
Been to a lot of stores but nothing like this one. This general store is a one stop shop with everything you desire. Brand new products to some second hand appliances and some of the best rugs and kambals (blankets) around at the very best prices. The family that runs this are truly humble and are always on hand to help out. Would defo recommend, while prices are going up these guys keep them down.
Everything you can think of for day to day activities and essentials. The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Reasonable prices and very satisfied with the customer service.
