Another great visit to the Bradford store Bolton Lane Industrial estate. I was served by a gentleman named Danny. He made my experience of buying paint so easy (DIY) I had quite a few questions, and he answered them and helped me choose the right products for my home. I feel that this person deserves recognition. He was so polite and professional and helpful. I think his customer service skills should be applauded as let's face not much great customer service anymore, but he truly was fantastic 👏

It's a shame that the management of this branch is so poor because I love the paint, but every time I go to this branch, I get refused to open a trade account, although I tend to spend a lot on paint. I've got told that I don't need one unless I buy massive amounts and that I get my basic trade discount anyway which is true sometimes, but most of the time, it's not applied against the purchase, and I only noticed it looking back on a few of my invoices. Anyway, I feel like this branch is not interested in smaller businesses, but before I switch brands I'll give a try in another branch and see how it goes.

Excellent service having been to quite a lot of places someone told us about this place wow we both wish we he'd found it sooner the youngish mid 30is was Excellent Mrs A said we now know where to go again...praise indeed..ps he even put the paints into our car. What more need I say.

Just went in for coloured gloss and received really helpful and nice service, didn’t catch his name but the receipt shows Andrew! Thank you, would recommend:)
