Love furniture uk bradford

Not happy with flooring they have done in my house i have chased them up so many times phoned them but instead all they can do is blank the call. They don't know how to fit floor boards on its only bin 2years and it's already starting to lift they can't even do the beading properly poor quality you pay money for the product and fitting and they do such a poor job. I've brought alot ov stuff from them before but I will not be buying nothing nomore as it's my money going down the waste

Very bad customer service no answering call not answering phone or messages. Take full payments and makes you to wait for ages to assemble. No recomended

I am extremely dissatisfied with this love furniture shop. I feel completely ripped off after spending nearly £3500 on my furniture and carpet. It has only been six months, and the sofa material is of such poor quality that it feels like I'm sitting on a hard rock. The carpet is also not holding up well; every time I vacuum, it seems to get thinner and thinner. I went back to the shop a few times to mention this, and the shop owner, I think his name is Yaseer, said he would send someone to look at the sofa and carpet and sort this out. But it’s been over a month, and nobody has turned up. I’ve called and gone back, but nothing has happened. I’m fed up with going there and wasting my time and energy arguing, so I’ve just given up. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, and I regret not checking the reviews before making my purchase."

Horrendous service under delivered last month and hasn't answered my phone since not worth the hassle at all!!!

A very disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially the staff were friendly and helpful, however there was a lack of customer service skills when spoken to discuss changes. Life is non stop and unexpected circumstances arise, as a business it is your duty to recognise this and be understanding with customers. Unfortunately I was left with a staff member who decided to start arguing and I was being passed from pillar to post. Moving on, the fitting. The fitters are some of the rudest people I have come across. Their mannerisms are poor and come across as very arrogant. They did a terrible job fitting, very visible lines all across the floor from piecing up carpet together when there was no need! I gave accurate measurements and rather than acknowledge the mistake and check the order they were quick to argue again. Seems like the whole business ethos is to argue with customers rather than resolve. The fitters did a botched up job in the main room and it looks terrible. Will not recommend or do business with this company ever again. Spent a lot of money that I will not be getting back. Plenty of other stores in Bradford who actually appreciate your custom.
