Thank you! Excellent customer service the flowers I ordered were fresh and beautifully arranged. The lady understood exactly which colour roses I required for the bouquet. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Needed flowers last minute and the customer service I received from the team at Floral by pearl was amazing. I rang up asking if they could deliver it to the hospital and they agreed to not only drop it off but not charge us a delivery fee. The woman over the phone was soo kind and very professional. The delivery man that came to drop the flowers off was also kind and very polite. I will always recommend to friends family and colleagues. Thank you soo much for the amazing experience!!!

I needed a beautiful gift last minute and was in a rush. The customer service was great I was not sure on what to get and I got some help in deciding. But the end result was great. I love the fresh flowers. I would recommend this place to everyone.
