I love the flowers and customer service offered at Florent. I’ve always had such a positive experience every time I have used their services. Also a massive thank you to the very talented owner, who has produced the most beautiful bouquets I’ve recently purchased for family occasions. I won’t consider buying flowers from anywhere else going ahead.

Appalling service - I had rang asking if they sold thaals, was hung up on. I thought it was a genuine mistake so i called again. This time the person taking the call answered with “how about you go to B&Q for your tiles”.. I informed her that I was talking about the wedding gift sets and she rudely interrupted me saying “no, bye” and then hung up the second time.. is this how you handle potential customers? outrageous.

Great flowers and lots of of amazing cards, fresh flowers that smell amazing. Lots of other occasional products.
