Really kind customer service received from Adnan, he had so much knowledge and understanding of flowers/bouquets and was very kind and helpful in helping me pick the right bouquet. He went the extra mile and changed the wrapping of one of the bouquets at no extra cost. He also worked really well with my budget and was very patient. Will definitely be visiting again! I purchased a bouquet of flowers this morning for a dear friend. The smile on her face when she received it was priceless. I hadn't wanted to by flowers from the supermarket or other local florists. They're usually all similar in terms of style and 'look'. Eden's almost reflect the name! Their bouquets are certainly heavenly. Definitely my go to local florists now. The shop is beautifully laid out, with a great deal of thought gone into the decor and presentation. I'd describe it as a beautiful little gem, you're stepping into another world when you step over the threshold.

A very big letdown overall The deposit was made in advance and the order was confirmed on the social platform. Arrived to pick up the bouquet of flowers on the date, after the agreed pick up time and they were not even made. To be then told they will deliver to the address & that was a goodwill gesture, even though I had travelled 40 minutes to get to the shop & the price will not me adjusted for the inconvenience that was caused.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the flowers, they were beautifully arranged and most importantly my wife loved them and also commented on the lovely personal touch of wishing her a happy birthday upon delivery. Once again, many thanks.
