Never been disappointed by their work to be honest. Love how quick they are at getting customised balloon sets (£35-£40) around a days notice in my case x Flowers are more expensive (£35-£45) than supermarkets but for the quality and aesthetic I’m happy paying the difference, especially for big occasions. I’ve bought nikkah balloons, baby boy / baby girl balloons etc. Will be sticking with this shop for similar gifts for my upcoming family events - weddings/ baby/ umrah visits .

Overpriced and unprofessional – very disappointed with Twilight Florists I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this florist was too disappointing to ignore. I had high hopes when I placed an order for floral bracelets and a bridal bouquet for a very important event. Unfortunately, what I received was beyond unacceptable. First, the floral bracelets were poorly constructed and completely fell apart during the event. These weren’t cheap, and I expected them to at least last through the few hours they were meant for. Instead, they ended up being an embarrassing distraction when they literally slid off and scattered petals everywhere. No care or craftsmanship was put into making sure they were wearable. Second, I specifically requested a bridal bouquet, and what I received looked like a casual arrangement. It was lacking structure, elegance, and attention to detail. Nothing about it felt “bridal” or special — no effort to make it unique or fitting for a once-in-a-lifetime moment. It was too last-minute to replace anything, so I had to go with what they gave me. For the price I paid, I expected quality and care — but got neither.
