Today, I visited ncf Bradford and had the pleasure of being assisted by Hareema, and I cannot praise her enough. She has an impressive depth of knowledge about every item she sells, from materials and craftsmanship to what works best for different homes and lifestyles. Her confidence and clear explanations made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring. Hareema didn’t just show us furniture; she helped us understand every fabric. She guided my husband with such honesty and expertise that he felt completely comfortable making a choice. There was no pressure, only genuine advice and perfect guidance about the payment plan options. She is brilliant at what she does, and we left the shop feeling happy, confident and very well looked after. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience buying my new sofa. Hareema who dealt with me was great she was extremely professional and very helpful. Made the whole process very easy stress free. I’m very happy with the sofa and the service will defo be coming back in the future :)
