Rude abrupt can't reply to a greeting from a customer Still gave a chance by looking around Looked at a three and two combo sofa was advised last of the line buy it or miss out again no friendly tone a bit short and abrupt buy it as won't be there if come in later in the week. I replied OK but we want to have a look around at the rest of the options in shop. Found another three and two when asked is this also last of the line was told to read the label as it clearly says you can get dif options of two and three three etc etc agian in an abrupt tone. Advised the gentleman only asked as it says the same on the label for the ones he advised was last of the line his answer then changed to last of the line until more stock comes in so clearly not last of the line as he had advised before. It was two separate guys sat at the entrance who both clearly heard my greeting to them as walked in with my wife and son nither one bothered to reply even tho clearly heard me. Wouldn't take anything for free if they offered learn some manners when somone says hi /Salaam / good morning etc etc especially when your in the buissness I'm assuming of selling reply back to your potential customers Managed to find better quality sofas with far better customer service else were pic added of new sofas went to spend money they didn't want it spent it else were
We ordered a sofa and a king-size bed from this store. The delivery was on time, and the furniture looks amazing. Although there was a small issue, the staff resolved it efficiently and professionally. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this shop to others!
Our recent experience was highly satisfactory. Initially, we were afforded the opportunity to browse at our leisure. Subsequently, when we had inquiries, a staff member promptly provided assistance. Ultimately, we purchased a sofa, and we anticipate returning to explore the bedroom furniture options.
Amazing team and went out of their way to help us and even arranged next day delivery for us. Have bought many times before here but in October was out of stock so we ordered from Argos who let us down right at the last minute and postponed delivery till 10 January..we have been on garden chairs for 5 days and I was in tears yesterday but Jaz and Scott saved the day. Beautiful sofas and fantastic delivery. Would highly recommend, please please use this company they are so professional and extremely helpful.
