I honestly can’t thank this shop enough. My online order didn’t arrive in time and it was my actual mehndi day — I was so stressed. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and managed to make my floral jewellery within an hour. They completely saved the day for me. The jewellery was beautiful and I got to wear it on the day thanks to them. Amazing service and so appreciated! This was on the 19th of September 2024.
Went to Moments By Trillionz yesterday and the customer services was amazing! I bought a bouquet was so impressed with what I got. The person on the till was super helpful and gave good suggestions for the occasion. The quality of the flowers is so good, highly recommend.
Visited this shop for the first time. I wasn’t impressed, I went to get fresh flower petals which were far from fresh and were overpriced. They were literally moldy/blackened I was so disappointed when I got home! I also was looking to buy a hamper but they are well overpriced. They contain a £10-£15 perfume with one little rose and are priced at 50 odd pounds. Sorry, I wish the business well but I can definitely find better out there for those prices.
An Absolute Gem! I can't say enough good things about Moments by Trillions! This shop is an absolute must-visit. The flowers are incredibly fresh and vibrant, and the arrangements are simply stunning. It's clear they take great pride in their work. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices—everything is so well-priced, especially for the quality you're getting. On top of all that, the customer service is truly excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience a delight from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for all my floral needs!
Seriously i don't even know where to start with how amazing the customer service is. We were in a total panic trying to get funeral flowers sorted at like 1am. these guys took our order and had the flowers ready by 11am for a 2pm funeral. The flowers were gorgeous, and they even gave us full bag of petals on the house. Honestly, if you ever need flowers last minute, these are your people. They totally saved the day.
