Manchester Superstore

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store due to an employee’s behavior. I was not blocking the way and was simply trying to grab some snacks. The employee loudly said “excuse me” very close to my ear. I immediately said “sorry,” (TWICEEE) but she then responded by saying, “I wasn’t talking to you,” in a harsh and rude tone. The girl who was with me is a very local and regular customer at this store, which made this experience even more disappointing. We were visiting different stores as part of a review challenge, and this interaction completely ruined the experience. We will not be returning. Employees should be taught basic manners and civic behavior first, customer service comes after that. For reference, the employee was tall and had noticeable hair around her ear coming down toward her chin. Is this how you treat your customers? Is this the standard of behavior you expect from your staff? Ridiculous!!!!!!

Customer service simply doesn’t exist at this place. The way the staff behave, it feels like you’re asking for free stuff or begging for something — not paying for your shopping. There’s zero friendliness, no eye contact, no basic manners. Just cold, dismissive attitudes like they’re doing you a favor. It’s honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If they don’t want to deal with people, they shouldn’t be working in retail.

Just went to this store. After shopping here multiple years. The lady at the till with a face full of makeup. Just gave me aggressive and unnecessary attitude for no apparent reason. Not the customer service I was expecting. Completely wrong and not needed. Defo lost a customer. Back to pakeezah it is.

Great Value for Money. Since I'm from Bradford, there has never been shortage of Asian Supermarkets, Pakeezah, Al-Halal, Watan, and list goes on. Manchester Super Store came on scene not very long ago but they already hold a special when it comes to everyday Asian Grocery Shopping. Slightly Cheaper then Alot of other cash and carries, A Massive Car Park not very well planned but still good and the best part is the staff, my dad usually goes here on his own and he always tells about how good the staff has been with him everytime he was on his own, they've always been there to help, other cash and carries I've noticed have kind of ignorant staff and they usually are under staffed Aswell. Manchester Super Store Keep It Up This Way. Visited again today and can easily say that best place for day to day shopping for home.

Just a quick dash to buy a bottle of wine but they don't stock alcohol. Having said that, it appeared that they had plenty of choice of everything else.
