I just wanted to add to my friend’s review to say how amazing Lewis was when we visited the store. We were searching everywhere for the leopard bedding we really wanted, and he went above and beyond to help with getting another one from the back as they had seemingly sold out of the doubles as I had picked up the last one. He didn’t hesitate for a second, went out of his way to track it down, and his customer service was absolutely impeccable. Lewis is such a kind and genuine worker and truly a credit to Asda, he completely made our day!

I went looking for slippers that stated they were in stock and were alot of quantity in stock, one staff told me they got a delivery today and another told me if it's not on the shelf they don't have it, so I gave up. Seems like they don't want to make much effort to look for customers just there to do the bare minimum.

Amazing big store. It has plenty of car parking space as well as more shops like Argos, Currys etc near to it. The Asda Living store doesn't have any food or groceries but it has all the essentials for the home from small to large, outdoor furniture, bedding, electronics items like vacuum cleaners, irons, iron boards and much more. It's a huge store so there is more variety available and you can probably find the items you need.

Visited store Saturday spoke to one of the young girls on tills with blondish hair if she can help me with online return as I've never done it before she weren't helpful at all and had a face on.. told me to wait at the side and process it after waiting in a long queue for ages and i had multiple parcels. BUT this review is for the young pretty girl in headscarf on till where i was waiting who saw i was struggling and showed me how to do online return step by step, simple as that when it comes to expectations from customer service, some of em still need training.

I only give 3* because of unpleasant personel. Ladies behing the till don't greet customers, not nice or kind. Talking among themselves, letting people wait longer then expected. You should seriously school those people, because you are missing important part and that's customers money. We deserve at least basic hello and goodbye. Such a shame how people get disrespectful.
