We recently purchased shower, toilet, sink, tiles and some accessories for our bathroom from Bradford Tiles. We absolutely had a fantastic experience! Amaan was incredibly helpful and patient with all my queries from start to finish and he also gave us a really good quote deal. I Would definitely recommend Bradford Tiles to anyone looking for bathroom supplies as you won’t be disappointed! Do not be put off with 1 star rating. Go down and check them out. 😊

To all of you out there! Before leaving a review, I would strongly recommend testing their products first. I purchased a complete bathroom set including a shower, enclosure, toilet, and taps, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. Within just six months, the shower door came off—not because of poor installation, but due to the cheap screws holding it together. The shower also began leaking, and the toilet flush is weak. I didn’t choose the cheaper options; I paid premium prices but still received poor-quality products. It was a big mistake listening to my fitter’s recommendation to buy from here. Normally, I stick to branded products and have always had good experiences with them. I’d highly recommend going for branded items instead. They may cost a little more upfront, but if something fails, you’ll end up paying again for refitting—not to mention the hassle. It’s better to get it right the first time.

Fantastic range of tiles I needed tiles for a new kitchen extension and wetroom also needed a toilet and basin... The guys did me a really good deal... I had no issues returning boxes of tiles.. They even took back grout and adhesive even though it was past the deadline... Very fair people to deal with and fantastic range and prices... I wish I had found then earlier would of saved me do much running around.

Extremely disappointed with them they refused to exchange an item which I had only used it twice in 4 months,they used all the excuses not to give me a refund or an exchange the item. I’m glad that I had a receipt but if I didn’t have a receipt they would have used that excuse too. Really bad customer service very abrupt too
