Shocking quality door hardware. Handles and locks supplied with my bifold doors are weak and have broken after only a few years. The lock mechanism has crumbled and the side lock just stopped working. Verso handles supplied had their spindles weakened by filing them partially into a cylinder for no apparent reason, resulting in two handles shearing. An A4 disclaimer for the new lock (which I paid for) unbelievably states the lock's "strength properties are not as high like a steel lock". Also supplied the lock with the side lock missing, although they are sending a replacement which I will now have to wait 4 days for. Awful. Would have replaced the locks with another brand if they had not been designed to prevent this.

Very helpfull and knowlegable people, they even helped identify a brandless handle that had broken despite not stocking that brand (the only ones in a long line of people i spoke to that could)
