Very unreliable. They do not take care of your gold. I gave them my gold bangles for repair and they melted off nearly 500 pound worth of gold without even asking me. Obviously I understand that they might have needed to do this for the repair ( it was only a dint ) but it would have been nice for them to call me and let me know. They never ever meet the deadline they mention example If they say the gold will be ready for January expect it to be ready for April. If you love gold and hard earned money please don't go to this jeweller.

Have recently been twice with my sisters to update our jewellery and the service has been excellent. They were very patient with us and helpful with getting the pieces we wanted and showing us different options. The customer service is amazing and they've got a stunning variety of modern and traditional designs. Already planning our next visit. Thank you !

Lovely service from all the staff, vast experience and knowledge. Easy to exchange old gold for new. Will polish your jewellery whilst you shop. Would recommend if you are visiting Bradford!

best jewellery store in bradford, lovely family run business, khatija made our day so much easier. we have a wedding soon and ma’sha’allah everything we have bought is beautiful. will definitely be visiting again! highly rate this place for your every need!
