Completely and utterly shocked at this business. I had been enquiring about jewellery via instagram. I am a very respectful woman and I have never been rude to this seller. He would hardly reply to my questions or would be replying to part of my question still I continued to enquire. I had to keep repeating the same questions, not sure why they just couldn’t answer the first time. If a product or price isn’t right for me then I won’t be investing. However, I was interested in a VC red stone set. On the video looked plastic stones and they confirmed they were which I thought odd, jewellers wouldn’t be honest like this. In between ignoring the fact I was asking about some bangles. Then they just blocked me. So I will name and shame, I think it’s disgusting to treat potential clients like this. I won’t discuss what I have or don’t, but judging people just because they haven’t bought from them is ridiculous. I could be spending £100 or £100,000, they don’t know that. So glad I have never bought anything from them with this sort of attitude. I will add just last few messages and can see how much he ignored me and also prices were not special offer. Better prices from other jewellers. They say special offer and charge normal price. Initially a little while ago, I was ready to buy a few things and they said I could pay by card. When it came to payment said I couldn’t. They need to really learn some manners especially with people who have been nothing but polite to them. Shows the upbringing of these type of people. I could not travel to this jewellers as I would with others, hence having to ask via instagram. They also knew this as I advised I live 4 hours away.

Yesterday I visited Chacha Jewellers’ Great Horton branch, travelling from Birmingham. I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was amazing, especially from Hasnain. All the brothers were incredibly helpful and even resized my ring for free. My daughter and nieces were constantly trying on jewellery and Hasnain patiently kept pace with their pace. He happily served us and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Hasnain was amazing! Originally purchased a ring from chacha jewellers but it turned out the ring was a little too small for my wife, as I don’t live in Bradford I thought I’d go to my local jeweller and see if they can make it bigger - the local jewellers based in Huddersfield refused to look at it as he claimed it’s not real, he claimed that there’s nowhere on the ring stating it’s 22ct gold hence it’s fake gold and he doesn’t deal with fake gold - as you’d assume I became very panicked and shocked by these words as chacha jewellers are reputable - so I went back to Chachas and spoke to hasnaain and he said that’s not true and proceeded to test the gold clarity of the ring which showed 23ct - he reassured me that it was real gold, and that Chacha only sell quality products - he cleaned the ring for free and advised me when you are doing good, competitors look down at you and spreads rumours - if uncertain about your jewellery’s purity then always ask for it to be checked via the x-Ray gun - will be coming back again very soon

I travelled from Birmingham on Saturday 10th January, it was the best thing I've ever done, the service I have received was exceptional, the prices are definitely the best compare to all other jewellers I have been. This is only jewellers I will be going in future. If you haven't been I would definitely recommend it. I have been to quite few jewellers and this has been the best so far.
