I had my ear pierced at Hirah Jewellers and I’m so happy with the result. They were very accurate and made sure everything was perfectly placed. Customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Bought these little beauties. I’m so pleased with my purchase. Was a little hesitant as I was unable to visit the shop, but I’m no longer anxious. Communication was difficult as I was on shift and obviously whoever was dealing with my order may have also been busy, but we made it work. Lovely customer service. Once payment had been received, I was notified of tracking number and received my order within 24 hours, in time for gifting. I’m so pleased with professionalism, quality and speed of Hirah Jewellers. Thank you
