Sophie Jewellers

I have experienced many different stores all over West Yorkshire for 22 and 24k gold and least to say is I’ve never been hosted with gratification and kindness by anyone else. Sophie jewellers have amazing customer service and hospitality. I’ve been impressed by the staff immensely to the point where I’ve gone back multiple times, and yet to say they’ve got a wide range of products and have always impressed me with their stock and with the way they package my items. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

It was raining and I thought I seek shelter in shop on oak lane. As I entered this elegant shop , I felt completly relaxed because it had a feminine feel with three sisters at the counter ready to serve with a smile. Their hospitality was amazing, they had quiet pray room to pray in, a fridge with self serve drinks and snack. The shop was beautifully decorated with soft cushioned sofa to wait and once you have brought your item. They offered a service of boxing the item in a white, elegant box and beautifully arranged flowers for presentation for you to present at any occasion. They are professional, polite and sincere with knowledge of Gold. It's a shop where a sister can go with ease and buy her jewellery without confronting a brother at a counter. The shop has lots of side streets for parking and there is a regular bus route for those without a car. However, the minor down fall is the step, it is abit hight, but that's with lot shops generally. I would recommend this shop. I enjoyed my experience plus it's a sister company of Master Jewellery which is also a family run business in Bradford 7.

Me and my mrs have been very apprehensive about how to sell our gold and i think Allah (swt) had blessed us to accidently find this place. Even though we live 10 miles away from a diffent town and this was only our 4th shop (of them this is the only one we used). The sisters and their father are amazing people, they have the right set of skills for the job and gave us a fair an honest price for selling our gold on both occasions. InshaAllah will continue to use them and reccomend them for the future.

Sophie jewellers is something else there hospitality is so beautiful all 4 sisters treat you with kindness and generosity. Definitely been brought up well, I will only shop here now after finding this shop looking around in May trying to find some gold for my daughters 21st. They feel like part of the family now and so nicer dealing with sisters. They are a great team

Beautiful collection of gold, and the service received was impeccable. Uncle and his daughters took care of so well from the moment we walked in, they even offered us tea and samosas whilst we browsed which was such a thoughtful touch. Pricing was also really fair compared to shops in the same area, and their hospitality truly stands out would definitely recommend and come again inshallah
