Prices are reasonable and there’s a free car park, which is a plus. The meat counter staff are helpful and provide good service. However, the rest of the store needs work, a lot of the fruits and vegetables were spoiled, and there were many empty shelves with no stock. Customer service overall was poor.
I love shopping in store and online. My favourite Asian supermarket. I am so thankful for the same day seamless delivery within 2 hours. Saveco customer service is amazing, they called me to offer alternative for products they didn’t have in stock. I like how the packaged the meat also.
Great place to shop with so much variety. The staff are very helpful. I went in not knowing they were closing at 8pm but was still welcomed in and allowed to shop. The security guy was very helpful and cheerful. Most of all i find the atmosphere here completely different to other asain superstores in bradford. Overall a very pleasent experience.
The supermarket is good. A good selection of foods and variety. There is often stock in the isles, in the floor which is not great for those that have vision impairment and need tge isles ti be free of clutter. The main thing that puts me off is the car park. Its so rough and bumpy and ruins your car. They should spend the money to sort it out.
I went the first time and I had good experience. Fruit was fresh. Veg was fresh.price wasn’t too much And I’m very happy with service I served by Nazish she was such lovely girl And I’m very happy with the service. I definitely go again and thank you for giving me.nice service
