On January 31st at 9:30 PM, I experienced deeply concerning discriminatory treatment at this Tesco store. The Store Manager herself - Anisa - directly approached me and demanded I leave the store without any explanation or justification. The fact that this unacceptable behavior came from the Store Manager, the highest authority in the branch, is particularly alarming. When I questioned this discriminatory treatment, she run away and send me two junior staff.They asked me to leave but when I asked them the reason.All they say is it is managers decsion.But I refused to leave as they did not tell me the reason.I showed them my Club card, and told them that I am a regular customer.After that they made intercome calls, which I did not hear what they said, the junior staff apologized and let me do shopping. However, they asked me what I am going to buy, I told them it is not your matter what ever I buy.They followed me all over the shop floor untill I finish shoping.I was humilated. Apology doesn't erase the serious nature of a Store Manager profiling and attempting to remove a customer without cause. Other customers witnessed this incident of discrimination from the store's leadership. I will file a formal complaint with Tesco head office as this kind of behavior from management is completely unacceptable and requires urgent attention at a corporate level. Customers should never face discrimination from any staff member, let alone the Store Manager who should be setting the standard for professional and equal treatment of all customers.

Tescos are closed on opening hours and there was no sign staff was just chilling inside totally unacceptable from management

Om Monday the 24th of March at around 17.00 to 17.15 i was in the next to be served but the young cashier opted for an Asian woman behind me as I was too black to be seen then someone else has to be called to attend me fair enough
