Disgusting attitude from the Arab staff member. I assume it has been bought by someone else(previous owner wasn’t any better)Incredibly aggressive and unhelpful when I tried to drop off a parcel,the light was very dim on the machine and it took me a while to click on the options. He was rude and aggressive throughout and basically insinuated that I don’t know how to do it. Try turning the light up. Pathetic
Took a parcel for collection by Hermes, the scanner wouldn't read the QR code on my phone. But the young man behind the counter was really helpful in sorting out the issue for me. Thank you!
Shocking service and shocking prices
Went there to drop off some parcels for collection. The assistant there was very helpful and went out of her way to help.
Had to return a parcel to amazon. The woman behind the till was friendly and helped me get everything sorted quickly.
