A little gutted about this one . We go in all the time for bits we may need and they have normal been so friendly. But over the past few months we had items delivered to the shop and they don't seem as friendly when your only going on for a parcel. So unfortunately we have changed our local for to a little further down the road .

Apparently these guys are a DPD drop off point. DPD asked me to take my parcel here. When I got there I was told it's too big, about 1.5m long and only 5kg. It wasn't very big at all, the 2 girls on the till couldn't be asked to help so they got very argumentative, in the end Sarah called DPD, DPD insisted the parcel must be accepted. They claimed they had no space left for the parcel, after insisting I see the space I was able to put my box on top of existing boxes. They reluctantly accept the parcel but the whole experience was disgusting. I was humiliated in front of other customers. A complaint has been logged with DPD. The way I see it, if you don't have enough space then don't sign up for DPD. Absolutely disgusting attitude by the 2 girls on the counter.
