Terrible delivery service. What was supposed to be a next day delivery has been delayed a week and now cancelled. Very poor. I see im not the first reviewer to experience poor delivery service
One of the only places I could source what I was looking for so they obviously have a great range of products. That being said I was disappointed with the delivery service. I paid (quite a bit) extra for Saturday before 12pm delivery but the package did not arrive until 1:18 pm. At this point I had already left to go to the birthday where the package was to be a gift. The only option then was to drive an hour round trip to pick up the package myself or wait for redelivery on Tuesday. I decided to pick it up on Monday as I wanted to gift the parcel as soon as possible and as I was leaving the house I received a text saying redelivery would be attempted that morning despite receiving no indication of this prior to the fact.
I always order from Drinks Direct and have always been happy with the service. Deliveries are fast, usually 2 days. Packaging is always perfect. They are the cheapest place to buy Sheridans from, this is the wife's favourite drink and my recent order was for this as a birthday present. The gift tag with my inscription on was the right finishing touch. Thank you all for your continued great service and I will be shopping with you again soon.
Easy enough to find, right at the top of the small industrial estate, I'm glad the estate was quiet so it was easy to turn the artic round and reverse up. Quick tip.
Ordered in the afternoon and delivered by 10am next day. Great service. Paid a bit more than buying in shop but got want we wanted without searching around. Recommended.
