I cannot recommend this reptile place enough! I received more than 5 star customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable about the animals in their care. I wanted to order an Axanthic blue tongue skink as they are stunning and not many around. The ordering process was brilliant! Explained everything to me step by step with lots of updates on what's going on and when my beauty would arrive from their very reputable breeder. I was definitely not disappointed! Wow what a stunner! In perfect health and very friendly! They even helped me make a payment plan to afford the skink of my dreams! Thank you so much for everything. Made to feel like a valued customer even with their shop being under construction work they still managed to sort me out and have the BTS at their home. Now how many would do that?! Going above and beyond for your customer! I work in the NHS so know what the gold standard of care is and this was definitely it! You guys are a credit! I would highly recommend for all your reptile / amphibian / invertebrate etc needs!

Both Lewis and Josh are amazing at what they do! Bought a corn snake from them being new to owning a reptile and they talked me through what I needed and the after care too! Reasonably priced, and still very helpful with my queries to this day! Definitely recommended
