People please please don’t buy from this company STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. And they will take your money and deliver dead fish.

Excellent value. Our only concern was overnight despatch led to cold fish, wrasse barely alive. Box not delivered upright therefore stressing the fish. Lucky they arrived when they did otherwise we would have lost both. Can you please emphasize keeping them the right way up, but also same day delivery would be appropriate.

Poor communication from this company. I understand that you’re dealing with livestock amd stock levels can’t always be guaranteed but surely some sort of email communication would be nice. You’ve sent part of my order when I would’ve rather you waited for when the full order could be sent, but you’ve also sent it when no one will be in to receive it!

Quality of the product is good, package could do with a little more padding as DX were rough with the box, for an over night delivery the fish and nem were well shaken and bashed unfortunately. Most likely a one off situation.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Poor Service I am very disappointed with Marine World Aquatics. The customer service skills and communication are absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order over a week ago, confirmed a delivery date, and even provided alternative instructions in case delivery before 2pm wasn’t possible. Despite all this, my order never arrived. When I chased the issue, I was suddenly told about a so called “first come, first serve” policy – something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase or in any of our email correspondence. This lack of transparency shows a complete disregard for customers time and expectations. I waited in all morning and early afternoon for a delivery that never came, wasted my time, and was given no clear explanation or resolution. The communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout. If you value reliability, honest communication, and basic professionalism, I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
