Visiting Information
QSS Aquarium & Koi Centre is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note the centre is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Huge amount of well looked after freshwater tropical and cold water fish. Experienced and helpful staff. This place has been here for decades. So you can be assured that you are making the best decision. Fair prices too.
Took my pleco there that is in the picture and somehow ended up getting charged £6 for a baby plec when mines probably easy worth £25 definitely don’t recommend if your looking to take something to be swapped
I will always buy my fish from here, as previously I have bought and kept fish from other places and they have never been a healthy and a happy as these little fish. Non have died on me, non have been ill or come with illness or diseases, The advice these guys give when asked is spot on, and lovely people working here who are always helpful. Bought my 2 little sword tail fish and female fighting from here today. So I'm happy with my tank and the fish so far.
All the staff were nice, friendly and informative. Emma in particular has been great! I purchased my axolotl from the store (pictures attached) and she has given me all the necessary information needed and has been there if I need to call up for any advice. 10 out of 10 service would definitely shop with QSS again!
Excellent shop, fantastic selection of fish and plants, very friendly and helpful, cannot fault QSS for their advice and knowledge of fish, would highly recommend this shop and the owner and staff
