My experience here was very good because on Friday 26th September 2025 I reserved a TV for my daughter on that day and we'll buy it on 27.9.25
Bad smell of damp I feel like my chest is about to explode after been at cgx iv had to get a nuther asmer pipe feel sorry for the staff who are working in there im not going to that shop again BEWARE FROM CGX IN BRADFORD CITY CENTRE PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS IN BRADFORD CGX
Abbie and her team are the best. Many shops now don't even smile at you when you go in, but the people here are so friendly. On the odd occasion I have had a problem it has been dealt with within minutes and you can't say that often anymore. Sam and Madison are an asset to CGX and in Abbie you couldn't find a better manager.
The staff were very helpful and although they didn't have any Xbox series X in store they offered alternatives and advised me to look on their kiosk. I didn't find any on there either but I was told by Steve that he would call me if they get one in after he took my number. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will be coming back in again. Well done guys. 5 stars!!
Use this store regularly. I am delighted to see service and customer service this good. Every thing I requested was done to a very high standard. Very helpful informative friendly n kind staff. Have had help from karen n ylana they have been really helpful. and kindly helped me out when I needed it. So hope your hard work is appreciated by your managers as you are more than just workers.
