STAY CLEAR!!! Absolute fraudsters!! My 17 year old son bought a phone from here on Christmas Eve for £130. He was told it was in fully working order but just needed charging. When he got home he tried to charge it but the screen was coming away at the bottom. Phoned the shop straight away and they advised us to come down. Drove straight down to the shop and they refused to take any responsibility for selling a teenager what was clearly a faulty phone. I asked why they had never shown my son the phone working but was told “all our phones work”!! Well clearly not this one!!! EXTREMELY rude (mid conversation with the guy he started a conversation on his phone). Then he tried to raise his voice at me, intimidating and aggressive. Absolutely disgusting company and appalling customer service!!!!! *AVOID*AVOID*AVOID

Cowboys! Beware! Don't make same mistake I did... Took phone here after recommendation from guy at EE shop... Google pixel 8 phone screen replacement. Same price as it would cost if I took it to Google but wanted a quick turn around. Guy replaced screen, all fine. But front camera is now fucked (blurry). Took it in week later as was working away, claims front camera could've been an issue before the repair (certainly wasn't!). Won't take it apart to have a look out of good will, as apparently could now be a camera issue which would cost me more...lesson learnt don't bother going to these dodgy repair shops just go through the proper channels. I had no proof here unfortunately. I didn't want to risk the phone getting further damage so will now continue with a blurry front camera...

Very rude and deceitful shopkeeper. Can't control his temper started shouting after he sold ME a product which is defective and when I explained to him that that I only bought it less than a week ago he would not care and would just shout

Don't get tour phone fixed here I got mine done about 3 month ago and it was dodget ever since and broke again and then I got it done again about 3 week ago and now my phone screen is black and won't work

Took my daughters iPad in for repair as she smashed the screen in on Wednesday picked up Thursday and the person I seen was nice and polite cost £35 mid range for repair all in all no issues with the shop would use again
