During my visit to the store to purchase an S25 Ultra, I was assisted by Isa. He provided exceptional customer service, combining patience with extensive knowledge about phones. He helped me finalize my decision and even applied my screen protector and case. I highly recommend asking for Isa if you're unsure which phone to buy—his expertise made all the difference.
I bought 3 phones and they were all fake and the quality was so bad and he made me buy everything full price just for the phones to then turn it super dodgy and messed up I do not recommend going here unless you want ur phone to not work properly and he lies about the phones just to make you buy it
I tried to ring him But his mobile phone is switched off Most of the time. The number that is given on Google is Mostly turned off when you tried ringing it. Because I live a bit out of the way it’s not easy to get into town as I suffer from back pain as well so it’s best to ring them up before going down but when the number is turned off what’s the point having a Number When it’s turned off most of the time this is annoying.

Brought in a phone to have the screen repaired. He kept the phone for the next three months, making excuses about how he's sourced so many screens but they don't fit, and how he'll get it right. After a lot of pestering him to give me my phone back he eventually handed it over, and it was completely untouched. He'd done nothing to it, instead he just kept it for 3 months for no reason. Maybe he was hoping I'd forget. Go to any other phone shop. Don't waste your time or money here.
