This is a quality business. nothing was to much trouble, the young man who runs it was on top of his job. I will not go anywhere else now for mobile /computer repairs etc. Absolutely brilliant.

I have no words to explain how grateful i am to this buisness and staff, so respectful, kind and thoughtful, customer service is 100%. I called late morning with my phone screen being smashed and the whole phone damaged, i dropped the phone off around 1.30pm and can anyone beat this service, by 4.30pm my fully damaged phone was fixed to absoloute brand new! It looked like i brought it instead of fixing it. Nobody was willing to repair it but this buisness did, i even was about to pay the gentleman extra for the lense, he kindly refused and said no extra payment is needed. They kept updating me and even gave me two freebies, which are also worth a few pounds. I appreicate all the help and fabolous customer service given, and the fact they gave me the phone back within less then 5 hours so it didn't even interupt my NHS work calls. Its rare in this day and age to recieve customer service like this, please any problems with your phone and etc please after reading my review please use this buisness, they are certified, genuinie, proffesional lads who know what they are doing and give you the best prices, with original product, not copys, as its hard to fix samsung S21 and these guys went out their way to make sure i left happy with my phone being in the best condition ever.
