Shoezone

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the service at Shoe Zone (ASDA Rooley Lane, Bradford). I returned a pair of shoes that were clearly faulty — the inner material was coming away and rubbing my feet. The staff dismissed this as a "normal fold" and refused a refund, even though the shoes were only tried on indoors and returned well within 30 days. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive. This is not how you treat customers or uphold basic consumer rights. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and will escalate to Trading Standards if necessary.

Didn't have in stock what I needed so they ordered for me for next day delivery to my house. Brilliant

Just been in the the store inside asda Rooley Lane to buy school shoes. I was made to feel so uncomfortable by the two staff members who were so rude and looked to be having a bad day. They had grumpy faces on them and were very snappy. My son touched a price tag and one of the sales assistants snapped at him "excuse me, I've just done that display" I wouldn't mind if he had taken something off or was messing with it but he literally just touched it, I was watching him and I did not appreciate him being told off by someone for no reason. Then I asked for a shoe size not out on display with another lady, she didn't say anything to me just stormed off with a scowl and then when she got the shoe size she practically threw them at me, again not saying anything just scowling at me like I had put her out by pulling her away from what she was doing. I've never experienced such poor customer service.
