Typical modern town shopping mall. Has parking facilities (see photo for charges) Food court & usual high street shops. Bradford with having a huge muslim population, Halal food is widely available and is proudly displayed.
I have been severel times as it’s a really good place to park with the lift straight to the floor you’re parked on. And for anyone who hasn’t been there yet it’s a good place with plenty of stores and choices mens women’s clothing and plenty of footwear stores and a dining area and nearly all of the big brands and a few other stores but plenty to choose from and keep you busy for quite some time
I liked this place, very big, standard shops. I love the seating areas inside with charging ports that’s something that should be everywhere. Great for the elderly or those who have health problems or anyone just wanting a break to rest their feet a bit and take a breather. Google maps though needs to direct better to the car park as it took me through the bus/taxi only lane to get there ridiculous.
I’ve been away almost a few years now but I’ve been coming to the Broadway for years, and it saddens me to say it’s just not the same place it once was. A few years ago, you were greeted by friendly, helpful staff most notably the security guards. Many of those good employees have gone now, and you can really feel the difference. These days the atmosphere feels flat and a bit soulless. Customer service is patchy at best and there’s very little of the warmth and pride that used to make a visit enjoyable especially around Christmas. Shops change so often that it’s hard to keep track, and the whole place feels more rushed and less welcoming. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a bit of courtesy and consistency. Sadly, the Broadway I remember feels like a thing of the past.
There are a variety of shops in the Broadway and they are all easy to locate. There are quite a few different food places at the food court and you have a variety to choose from. Broadway is always clean
