WOULDNT RECOMMEND. way too expensive and i told him to repair my brakes he changed the break pads and costed me about 75 pounds and then he said the brakes would be fine no need to come back but the brakes didnt get better so we took it back and he said yh he forgot to bleed it so he took one more week just to bleed the brakes and took an extra 30 pounds!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND LOWK DOESNOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR. would give it a zero star

This a bad place i won't recommend this to anyone. My bike was bought at another shop they didn't even bother to look at it properly. I told them i had a wobbly wheel and they just said how old is this bike u should go to the place u bought it from. They said bike rear needs replacing but it was the axel that needed replacing What is the point of this shop it doesnt repair bikes. Do not go here go halfords they are ten times better

75 pounds for removing a cassete, a broken chain and for truing my rear wheel!!! Really really arrogant especially if you don't own a bike that costs more than 1000 pounds... I tried to go local instead of Halfords or something huge but regrettably I made the wrong choice. Oh and if you choose to fix your bike there please be clear about what you want to fix because this guy will replace anything he things (or is indeed faulty but not causing any harm) without letting you know and then ask for more money! Although to be fair, he does know about bikes, I would trust him eyes closed to fix my bike, it's just his way of trying to make more money.

Despite living over 100 miles away, I keep coming back to Pennine Cycles. I cannot fault the customer service at all. The advice and expertise is second to none, and I trust the judgement of Paul to recommend the correct equipment or clothing. Cannot recommend highly enough.
